Land Use affects climate change, stormwater, flooding, transportation. What the Town decides to put on the map is important to neighborhoods too. We are concerned there is limited opportunity for comment in the draft schedule. Here is the letter we wrote to Mayor and Council requesting more time for the public to comment. It is likely that one of the focus area maps is located near you. We urge you to get informed about what the town staff is proposing to the Council.

8:00 am, June 7, 2019 – Council Committee on Economic Sustainability will review the revised Blueprint for focus areas. No public comment scheduled for this meeting.

7:00 pm, June 19, 2019 – The Town Council considers the revised Guiding Statements at Town Hall.

7:00 pm, June 26, 2019 – The Town Council considers a first DRAFT of the revised Future Land Use Map including all of the map components.
